Chica only offers refunds for orders cancelled PRE-SHIPMENT. Please reach out if you have any issues with Chica, we want to help you have the best experience.
Chica does not accept any returns. If Chica is not for you, please pass it on to a friend or compost your Chica.
If your Chica melts in-transit, we will resend your Chica shipment. Please let us know when your order melts, with a photo of the damage, and we will resend your Chica ASAP.
Chica is a perishable product. If you do not store your Chica properly in a fridge or freezer, or you do not consume Chica before the sell-by date on the box, Chica is not responsible for any spoilage of the product. Please always reach out to us if you have concerns with the quality of your Chica.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you receive a Chica subscription charge and do not wish to receive the Chica, please reach out to us ASAP and we will cancel and refund the order.
